Our beautiful brand new built modern and high standard detached villa is LEGALLY CERTIFIED according to new holiday rentals rules®ulations!!! The villa is located in centre of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 10 minutes walking distance to main bar street and restaurants. Nearest market/shop is only 5 minutes away.
The villa comprising 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and 2 double bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. All the beds are in high quality so 8 people can sleep comfortably in beds.
