This 3-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people making it ideal for a friends or family trip!

As you make your way to the backyard, you are greeted with a stunning private pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip and soak up the Mediterranean sun. The pool area is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, allowing you to bask in the warm rays while sipping on a refreshing drink.

If you're looking for some extra relaxation, step into the jacuzzi and let the bubbling water melt away any stress and tension.

Inside the villa, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to whip up delicious meals and snacks. The dining area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, while the spacious living room is ideal for cozying up with a good book or catching up on your favorite TV shows.

As the day winds down, retire to one of the luxurious bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind (One king size bed and 4 single beds). The beds are outfitted with plush linens and pillows, promising a restful night's sleep. In the morning, step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning views of the sunrise over the sea.

Guests have access to a parking spot, the private pool and terrace.

Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check in/ out procedure will be shared.
When you arrive , you will get the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment.
While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

This 3-bedroom apartment is located in Protaras.
Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km southwest, it is quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras.

We recommend exploring Protaras by bike or using Taxi services.

We are pleased to offer you the use of our Jacuzzi during your stay for an additional fee of 50 euros. Please note that we require at least two days' notice if you would like to use it.
The maintenance team will access the villa once you arrive in order to ensure that it is properly prepared for your enjoyment.
The usage of oils and creams while in the jacuzzi are not permitted.

Our housekeeping team can provide you with extra services during your stay for added charges.

Our guest relations team will follow up with you from the moment you inquire about the place until the moment you check out.

Please note that there's a security camera installed at the entrance of the villa.

We are environmental friendly, and by that we aim to preserve sustainable energy. So kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in.
Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment.
Smoking is allowed outdoors.
