Lovely villa in a quiet estate however lots to do near by. Beach 5 minutes walk away and shops/bars restaurants 10 minutes walk away.Villa had everything we needed Communication and help from owner was outstanding

Lovely stay

Great communication from Peter from the moment of booking to the moment of leaving. Always on hand to answer any question and loads of really helpful information provided before your stay. Helped with the transfers too. The villa is very spacious and theres more than enough room and storage for 6 people.(There were 4 of us) The villa itself is lovely and the outside area is perfect for a day in the sun/pool.Lots of space and seating areas. We felt the location was also perfect. Couple of minutes walk to Kohili beach bar(breakfast in there is lovely) and firemans beach. Short walk from the supermarkets and main strip of restaurant's and bars. The bus also take you to protaras/Ayia Napa etc. It was our first time in cyprus and there is so much to see and do. We will definitely be back.Thank you Peter

Perfect location

As per listing. Communication with owner was spot on. Perfect for my family. Pool was just the right size. Plenty of sun loungers. Nice quiet location 100 yards from the beach. 200 yards to a lively strip of shops n bars.

Great Villa fantastic location.

We stayed at this villa with 4 teenage boys. The villa was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, well equipped and fully air conditioned. The boys shared the bedrooms as two of them had twin beds, and my partner and I were happy with our room which contained a en suite. The pool could have been a little deeper for us as we do have teenage boys who like to dive in but for great for younger families. The location is perfect only a 1.5 minute walk from the beach. The village of Kapparis itself is only a short drive away or 5/10 minutes walk. It has a couple of very nice restaurants. Which were recommended in the villa hand book alongside lots of other really good recommendations. Personally we avoided Protaras and Ayia Napa as not our scene so if your like minded this is definitely the place for you. I would stay here again and have no problem recommending friends and family to stay here.

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir waren als Familie angereist. Die Kommunikation mit Peter war problemlos. Er antwortete uns sogar auf Deutsch. Das Haus ist total schick und super gelegen. In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Neben dem touristischen Strand liegt die unseres Erachtens viel schönere Bucht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig (ca. 6 Minuten) zu erreichen. Das Haus an sich ist super aufgeteilt und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Das einzige Manko, wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann, an diesem Haus waren die kleinen Ameisen, die sich hin und wieder mal in Haus verirrt haben. Aber ein wirkliches Problem war dies nicht und kommt im südländischen Raum auch schon mal vor. Der Pool war toll und bei den heißen Temperaturen war der Sitzplatz unter der Pergola aufgrund des Windes sehr angenehm. Obwohl wir mit Peter nur schriftlichen Kontakt hatten, empfanden wir dies als sehr freundlich und nett.

Really nice holiday

We were there with friends and had a great stay. The check in process was easy and the villa had all we needed. We had some problems with the internet, but it got fixed immediately. I recommend to book.

Excellent villa

Owner very responsive and understanding in these difficult times. Villa better than expected one of the most equipped villas we have stayed in. Local restaurants and bars in walking distance with 2 wonderful beaches local. Spacious outside area and very relaxing in the evening as just far enough away from the music etc. I am defiantly going to rebook

Relaxing week at excellent villa!

We loved staying at the villa with our three children. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. Everywhere was very clean on arrival and the location of the villa is superb. We walked to the beach most days and hired a car to explore the area and stock up on food. Peter communicated so well, we knew what to expect - all of his instructions made sense. We would love to return.

Peaceful, relaxing retreat.

Lovely villa with everything you could want for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. So close to a couple of really lovely beaches too so you’ve got the best of both worlds. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful, any questions answered immediately. Great correspondence, directions and information provided. If you’re looking for a lovely peaceful retreat to relax and unwind then this is one for you.

Schöner Urlaub in sehr schöner Villa

Hallo Peter, wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in deiner Villa verbracht. Die Angaben zum Haus stimmen zu 100% mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Das Haus ist in einer schönen Wohnanlage eingebettet und befindet sich am Ende einer Wohnstraße keine 200m vom Meer entfernt. Im Dorf befinden alle notwendigen Geschäfte.

Lovely Villa in Excellent Location

We had a lovely stay in Villa Nol Adre. Excellent quiet location but a 5-minute stroll to several lovely coves and a few restaurants and shops etc. The villa was very well equipped with plenty of outside space and shade and a lovely well maintained pool. We tended to go to Protaras, about 10 mins by car, for our evening meal where there is plenty of choice to eat and all the restaurants of a high standard and reasonably priced. Air conditioning in the bedrooms meant a good night’s sleep and WiFi excellent - an essential with teenagers! If we were to return to this part of Cyprus, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this villa again. Peter, the owner, very helpful and quick to reply if any queries.

Perfect in every way 😎

The villa was everything we expected... clean, comfortable, well equipped, TV with all channels, pool that was clean and warm, sun loungers, various tables and chairs outside that were comfortable , air con that was a life saver!! Close to a beautiful coastline with amazing views and beaches. Restaurants that were recommended were as good as it said... owner very very keen to help with any questions. Would recommend this villa highly 👏👏

Great Stay in Cyprus

Hi Peter We had two lovely weeks in your house. It was a very nice house just as described .For us (two people) it was spacious and luxoury to have it all for ourselvs, well equipped with all that you needed lots of things normally not seen when you rent a house.The outside was great with the pool and many places to sit down and enjoy life .Fantastic short walk to nearest beach which was nice .We hired a car and went to other beaches to, found konnos beach beeing the nicest in our opinion.It was nice to have a car when doing shopping the supermarket in kapparis wasnt much to bragg about.Faliros restaurant in kapparis was very nice ,but we enjoyd doing our own dinner at the house using the perfect grille which is easy to use. All in all a nice stay in a nice house Janne and Lotta from Sweden

What a fantastic 2 weeks we have just spent at the Villa. We have had many Villa holidays in Cyprus, but I can honestly say this is the best equipped one that we have had to date. There is an abundance of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. an excellent gas BBQ, superb seating in and outside. Inside can you relax on beautiful leather sofas, club and dining chairs. Marble dining and coffee tables. Outside there is 3 areas for taking time out in the fresh air, all with comfortable seating. Bedrooms, 3 in total, are also furnished to a high standard, with comfy mattresses and lovely fluffy pillows. Good quality bedding and towels. Seats on all 3 balconies. A safe for your valuables. In fact....home from home....

Villa in Kapparis

Just returned from a wonderfully peaceful break at this villa. It is in a great location for chilling with a few bars & restaurants a short walk away. There are several small beaches although some coves are very rocky so some footwear is recommended. However the sea is beautifully clear and refreshing. The beaches were very busy when we were there which is expected due to the time of year. The is villa lovely like a home from home with everything you need if you wish to stay in and relax, it easily accommodated 6 adults. The owner arranged for us to be picked up by someone from the airport who was lovely and very informative and helpful, as was the person who cleans the pool. In the village there are several bars and restaurants and we found the 'Pig & Whistle good value for money although sometimes the service was very slow. Just along from the Pig & Whistle is Kara's restaurant where the food and service is very good. Would definitely consider going back to this villa if I was visiting Cyprus in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending this for a family holiday.

We live in South East Wales, just over the border from England. We have been married for 30 years and have two grown up sons. We both work, I am am in engineering, my wife teaches in the local college. We are both very grateful to be in work but do dream of retirement which is still a number of years away. First visited Cyprus in 1986 loved it, visited several times thereafter and decided to buy the villa in 2009, for family holidays and hopefully our eventual retirement. My interests, in the past I played rugby, golf, cycled and sailed. Sadly the list is now down to work, work and a bit of cycling, Oh yes and the odd trip to Cyprus.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have always loved visiting Cyprus and wanted to buy a house near the sea and in particular the beach. Having looked all along the East coast we came across Kapparis it was winter and we were surprised to find it quite busy. all the other resorts were pretty well closed. This was a definite plus for Kapparis. Looking around we just loved the area. Away from the main road it is so quiet and peaceful yet everything is at close hand. The beaches and coast are just a short walk and the sea is beautiful and clean. We always look forward to visiting, and as we leave we can't wait to come back again, says it all.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The villa is in quiet cul-de-sac which makes it quiet & ideal to relax. In the summer when it's hot there's more often than not a cool breeze which keeps things pleasant. 250m away is Fireman's beach. The sea is absolutely beautiful. We love to swim, so pop down to the beach several times a day, then stroll back to the villa to shower and a relax around the pool. Very often if we’ve had a busy day it’s nice to come home, stoke up the BBQ and have a few drinks and relax on the patio. We enjoy walking & cycling. By the beach runs the coastal path which will takes us for miles along the coast. Kapparis village is close by. The local bars and restaurants provide a good and diverse variety of food and entertainment. All that we need is close at hand.
