Great location/ we had 6 peopleSo one on the couch- the construction did start early and one of the blinds was missing a curtain but overall a very nice place and building. Good spacious area.

This was a perfect family apartment- we have two teenagers. It was ideally located, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There is an ongoing construction project in front of the building but it didn’t bother us at all. You can’t hear any construction from the bedrooms and it was barely noticeable in the living room. We will absolutely stay here next time we’re in Madrid.

We had such a wonderful stay! We are a group of 5 friends and this was a perfect flat for our visit to Madrid. There are three bedrooms with enough beds for all of us and the were very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Despite the construction outside, the apartment is quiet inside. The location is amazing and convenient for arrival by train as Atocha is across the street. The metro is on the corner a short walk from the door. Communication with the host was top notch with clear and easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. I’d recommend this flat to groups like ours or families.

Very convenient location to the train/metro station and can walk to many other places. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had a nice stay as a family of 5!There is construction on the street outside that continues day and night, but the sound didn’t bother our sleeping.

Stayed here with my family of 5. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the separate bedrooms and the big sofa. There is major construction right outside the window but the noise was not terrible. We visited for new years week, so there was no reason to have the windows open. Oh and as a plus, there is a lift which made it easy to get our wheel chair up to the flat.Picking up the keys was easy, and good instructions are provided.The kitchen is modern, and was used daily, and very functional. I would suggest getting new pans as only one pan was usable. The pots were fine. We cooked 5 dinners during our stay.Side note: Alessio, runs the Italian restaurant downstairs, is very nice and his cheesecake is AMAZING. It felt like everything is a good walk from this location, but we did not mind.We all would recommend others to rent this location.

We enjoyed six nights at this comfortable clean apartment. The location is near train and bus stops, pharmacy, and just down the street from a hotel that offers a delicious breakfast buffet and a convenient place to stop for coffee or a glass of wine. Patrick was very helpful, promptly answering our questions. When we are next in Madrid, we plan to stay here again!
