Three Bedroom Apartment on the Pine Walk With Superb Views. Wifi and Air Con

Three bedroom apartment situated on the most sought after Pine Walk with superb views over the bay of Puerto Pollensa. Large spacious balcony ideal for dining or just relaxing and watching the world go by. Beautiful first floor apartment (with lift) on the Pine walk, overlooking the sea, situated in a quiet area yet only a short walk away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Inside the apartment there are three air conditioned bedrooms; one with double bed and direct access onto the large sea facing terrace, and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with shower over a small bath and the other a standard family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and has large patio doors give direct access to the balcony. The large kitchen comes well equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Fabulous apartment in a superb location.

The apartment is really well equipped and very spacious. Would definitely recommend it. Got a very helpful and quick response to a question about parking. The views from the balcony can't be beaten!!

We had a wonderful week. Fabulous location and views from the apartment. The kids adored being a stones through from their “own” little beach - and the dogs and cats below provided endless entertainment and were much enjoyed. Feedback for the owners: the teapot was missing a lid, the toaster stopped working mid week and my mother found the bus from the airport to Alcudia excellent (on time, clean and cheap).. taxis or in our case a short lift to Pollenca meant our holiday wasn’t too interrupted by an airport run. We thought this could be useful to tell other guests. Thanks v much

Geräumige, komfortable Wohnung an einem der schönsten Plätze von Puerto Pollensa

Nur der berühmte „Pine Walk“ - ein schmaler, von uralten Pinien gesäumter Spazierweg - trennt die Wohnung vom kristallklaren Wasser der Bucht von Pollensa. Mobiliar und Ausstattung atmen die Atmosphäre einer traditionsreichen Sommerfrische, die sich seit Generationen im Besitz einer mallorquinischen Familie befindet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - auch wenn es für ein Bad im Meer im April noch zu früh war.
