“Uniquely refurbished townhouse near Barry town centre and only 15-minute drive to the Beach. This ground floor house has the benefits of free WIFI & on road parking. With wonderful scenic walking routes right on the doorstep.” This lovely property has a style of its own.
Barry exudes vibrancy and trendiness, with our house perfectly positioned near the sea and high street, offering picturesque walking spots, dining experiences, and recreational activities. Close to tourist hotspots like Barry Island Beach and two more beaches, plus the iconic Gavin & Stacey house.
Our community fosters a welcoming ambiance and quaint neighbouirhood charm. Enjoy an abundance of shops, local businesses, and a diverse selection of pubs and restaurants along the bustling high street, catering to all tastes day and night.
Our location offers excellent connectivity, within walking distance to train stations and bus stops linking to Penarth, Cardiff, and Bridgend. The Wales Coastal Path offers delightful coastal walks and cycling routes right on your doorstep in Barry. Moreover, numerous cycling trails lead to Penarth, Cardiff, or the scenic Vale of Glamorgan countryside, providing ample opportunities for outdoor exploration.
-Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is any time before 11am. you`re welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.
-Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund and your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this may be a vacation to you it is home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
-We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises or near the property; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur a £500 fee.
-Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognise that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
-We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
-This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. we will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibels threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 8pm - if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
-Guest are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.
-Occupancy is limited to 6 at this home. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of £25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
