There's a Comfortable Double Bed with a Premier Inn Mattress, Smart TV for your Netflix, Prime, etc. and Wifi.
The well equipped Kitchenette includes an Air Fryer, Combi-Microwave (with grill and oven), Filter Coffee Machine, Toaster, Kettle and a Fridge.
The En-Suite Bathroom has polished plaster walls and a P-shaped Bath with a Powerful Rainfall Shower over.
Linen, Towels, an Iron and Ironing board are also provided.
There’s Free Parking, for 1 car, on the drive, next to the main entrance door. There’s a CCTV camera for the parking area and a Ring Doorbell. (There's no survaillance inside the property).
Located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighbourhood just a short walk from Mill Road with its eclectic variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. We're approx. 20 - 30 minute walk to the train station and the city centre. There's a Sainsburys, ASDA, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi within a 10 - 20 minute walk and there’s also a convenience store a 5 minute walk away.
