The large upper roof terrace which is accessed via a short flight of steps from the lower terrace, has quality sun loungers along with a generous sized gas BBQ and you can enjoy sunbathing here in complete privacy during the day. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or two in the evenings and spot the green parrots heading to their night roost. If you are an early bird, you can see the green parrots come over in the morning.

The beach is around a 15 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. Alicia (the house Manager) can give you directions for a local short cut. You also have the added benefit of Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach club membership.
Holetown is Ideally situated at only a 5 minute drive and has an abundance of bars, restaurants, banks and shops including the Lime Grove designer shopping centre with restaurants such as The Tides, The Cliff, Lone Star, Sandy Lane all nearby. You also have Speightstown which is less than a 10 minute drive away and offers fabulous eateries and bars too.
