At the entrance you will find a compact but complete Scavolini kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking, a handy Nespresso multi-function coffee machine, kettle and toaster to create your favorite breakfast. The living room area, consists of a table with chairs, two large closets and a practical orthopedic bed with corresponding memory foam pillows for superior sleeping quality. For entertainment you will find a modern 4K TV with a swivel stand. The windowed bathroom consists of a spacious shower and is equipped with a hair dryer and towels. It is possible to use the private cellar with easy access from outside to store ski equipment and bicycles, also taking advantage of the Ebike charging station. There is a dedicated laundry area inside the building where you will find a washer-dryer at your disposal for free private use. Outside, you can take advantage of a communal garden. Located in a green setting near the center, it benefits from a peaceful atmosphere that invites you to take long walks on the trekking routes and visit the characteristic streets of the centre. You can also relax by immersing yourself in the nearby and renowned thermal waters of Bormio or have fun on the famous ski slopes. The apartment is close to the following places of interest: - 1 min walk to the free shuttle bus to the ski slopes - 5 min walk from the historic center of Bormio and the main stores - 5 min walk from the thermal baths of Bormio Via Roma and the historic center of the town are easily reachable in 5 minutes on foot. It is advisable to park the car in the parking lot that we offer free of charge and then move around on foot in comfort. To reach the ski slopes instead, you can take the free shuttle located 50m from the apartment. We kindly ask you to pay the tourist tax of 1.50 € per person per night in cash. You can deposit it on the table the day of your check-out, this will be paid by us entirely to the municipality of Bormio.
