Special place!

The check-in was really easy. Katarina welcomed us, showed us all the amenities, explained the surroundings, and gave us some great local recommendations. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a one-week stay. The view from the balcony was also really nice. Whenever we had questions, Katarina was quick to respond and happy to help with any information we needed. The washing machine was great, and the barbecue was also very convenient to use. The iron wasn’t the easiest to use, so an upgrade there would be a nice improvement. The pool was great and was cleaned every two days in the morning. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

It was a wonderful stay. Everything is just as described and shown in the pictures. The house is spacious and nothing is missing. The owner is also very friendly. We’d love to come back 😊!

Extraordinary journey!

We had a wonderful stay – everything was exactly as described! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view from the upper terrace, which made our breakfasts extra special every morning. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Special place!

Our stay at Casa Dorella in Istria, Croatia was *absolutely* fabulous. There are excellent and very clear instructions of how to locate the hamlet and the villa. The villa itself is nestled into the hillside with stunning views across the bay out to see and up the estuary and the first thing that hits you as you arrive is the heavenly scent of lavender & rosemary from the bushes that surround the little pool, and the gentle buzz of bees and butterflies. The hosts are warm & friendly and their house is *absolutely* immaculate and incredibly well-equipped. We were 5 adults and at no point did we ever feel on top of each other. The little hamlet is rural (which is exactly what we wanted), so having your own transport is essential if you want to explore the local region and there is lots to see! Koromačno beach (approx. 5 min drive and don't be put off by the quarry, the waters are incredibly clear!). Labin (15 mins) Pula airport (50 mins) Pula town centre (1 hr)

Perfekte Tage in ursprünglicher Umgebung ohne Touristenrummel

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein typisches kroatisches Landhaus, dass die beiden Gastgeber stilsicher und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und auf den neuesten technischen Stand gebracht haben. Die Aussicht, die man sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom dem kleinen Balkon genießen kann, ist einfach nur toll. Der Pool wurde vom Gastgeber in den Morgenstunden selbst gepflegt. Uns fehlte es an nix.

Great stay!

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet,mit einem schönen Pool. Es passt gut in diese Gegend,und man hat eine tolle Aussicht.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man sollte aber bedenken,dass eine Auto ein Absolutes Muss ist,weil alles etwas weit weg ist.Wir hatten zu sechst eine schöne und erholsame Woche.

Brilliant service!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg sfeervol ingericht! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Het zwembad was top en werd regelmatig schoongemaakt, kortom een perfect verblijf!

Fantastisch verblijf in Casa Dorella.

Het is een prachtig vakantiehuis dat bestaat uit 2 appartementen die binnen niet met elkaar in verbinding staan. Het zwembad en de airconditioning zorgen voor heerlijke afkoeling. Dorian ontving ons hartelijk met een fles wijn en andere drank. Hij gaf info over de bezienswaardigheden en de beste restaurants.

Brilliant service!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur etwa 5 Minuten am Meer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir wurden freundlich von Katharina empfangen, sie hat uns alles ausgiebig erklärt und haben später auch immer schnell eine Antwort auf unsere Fragen bekommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Alle zwei Tage kommt jemand der den Pool reinigt, den wir gerade bei den Temperaturen ausgiebig genutzt haben. Man lebt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Zum einkaufen mussten man in das 10 Minuten entfernte Labin fahren, dort findet man aber jeden Laden den man für den Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt viele Freizeitangebote in der Nähe, eine Vielzahl an Buchten und Strände, beim nahegelegenen Champing Platz kann man sich sogar ein Boot mieten. (Ohne Führerschein 10Ps) Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft, das Wetter war sehr gut und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Major-league holiday!

Super großes Haus mit viel Platz und gut ausgestattet. Toller Pool und sehr schön gepflegte Außenanlage/Terrasse Ruhige Lage. 5 Minuten (mit Auto) bis zum nächsten schönen, nicht überlaufenen Strand. Gerne wieder.

Extraordinary journey!

Tolle Unterkunft! Ideal für Paare die gemeinsam Urlaub machen (Doppelbetten), gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küchen (1 oben & 1 unten) bieten viel Platz zum Kochen und Alles, was man dazu braucht- Highlight für mich: Gasherde und Feuerstelle zum Indoor-Grillen! Holz dafür wird auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Poolbereich haben wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nur einmal genutzt, ansonsten super! Alles war sehr sauber, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die ruhige Lage in Viškovići hat uns sehr gefallen, vom oberen Geschoss aus hat man sogar Meerblick. Ansonsten ist man schnell mit dem Auto in Labin oder Rabac und es gibt ein großes Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten in der Umgebung, wir waren z.B. Tauchen und Angeln. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und hat gut funktioniert. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wirkliche tolle Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

High-end vacation!

Moin Zusammen, meine Freundin und ich haben Mitte Septmeber 10 sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Leider hatten wir nur 3 warme Tage, um den Pool und die Sonne zu genießen, aber die Zeit konnten wir bei absoluter Ruhe verbringen. Zu dieser Zeit war es dort äußerst ruhig, was sehr angenehm war. Die übrigen Tage sind wir täglich in Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aussichtspunkte gefahren. Dass das ausschließlich mit dem Auto zu erledigen war, war uns aufgrund der Lage aber bewusst. Francesco hat uns einen früheren Check In angeboten, welchen wir genutzt haben. Er hat proaktiv gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und antwortete auf Fragen sehr schnell. Wir haben nur einen Teil der zwei Teile des Hauses genutzt, waren aber von der Ausstattung positiv überrascht. Zum kochen hat es an nichts gefehlt (Gewürze, Öle, Schwämme, Spülmittel etc.) Das hatten wir so noch nirgends. Alles in allem war es trotz des Wetters ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Vielen Dank Francesco!

Wat een geweldig huis! Voorzien van alle gemakken, perfecte afwerking en geweldige inrichting. Dorian is een superhost, die je direct thuis laat voelen, snel reageert en relaxed is. Het huis, het zwembad en zijn geweldig. Wij hebben genoten.

Major-league holiday!

Wir waren dort mit zwei Kindern, 6 und 8 Jahre alt. Alles war super! Dorian, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich! Es ist sehr ruhig, und die Nachbarn sieht man nicht. Der Pool ist geräumig , sauber und ziemlich tief. Die Kinder verbrauchten halben Tag im Pool. Vor der Hitze schützten uns die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Die Wohnung unten ist sehr authentisch und gemütlich, mit großem Kamin, in dem man grillen kann. Dorian hat uns den Karomačno-Strand empfohlen. 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto und dann drei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen herrlichen kleinen Kiesstrand, umgeben von Felsen. Kiefern spenden Schatten. Es sind nur wenige Leute dort. Eine super schöne Umgebung! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Brilliant service!

Man hat ein herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und kann am Pool sich komplett entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist Modern und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Gegend ist nicht touristisch überlaufen und im Dorf wirken die Menschen sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.
