Villa Mare Visum is in the quiet village of Mali Kosi. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 180-degree sea-view private heated* infinity swimming pool, a sauna, a deck area, a backyard with a playground area, and an outdoor fireplace for barbecue. Due to the house's shape and position, the outdoor area is completely private. There is a fully fenced plot of 753 m².The next town is Labin, which is a 15-minute drive from many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a distant 13-minute drive away with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.
LIVING ROOMOpen space area with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, which can be converted into a bed for two more people. There is a comfortable fire place and a 43-inch smart satellite television. In close proximity to the entrance is a guest toilet.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAThe kitchen is fully equipped with a bar counter and a dining area that accommodates six to eight individuals. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine. Close to the kitchen is a practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine and ironing set.
BEDROOMSThere are three bedrooms with a bathroom attached. Each bedroom has a smart television. One ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the deck area. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and a bathroom attached and a wardrobe and a small desk. Two ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor, with access to the balcony. It is equipped with a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and a bathroom attached. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen are ideal for premium bedtime sleep.
BATHROOMSThree en-suite bathrooms are equipped with electric underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, shower and toilet. The large bathroom on the upper floor also has a bathtub. A guest toilet is close to the living room. On the deck area is an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.
TERRACEThe covered terrace with a dining table, for six till eight people, provides panoramic sea views. The outdoor fireplace area for barbecue is accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor.
SWIMMING POOLThe outdoor area has been designed for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 35 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a spacious long deck area with six or eight sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. There exists a possibility to heat* the pool water, and the pool operates on salt water.
PLAYGROUNDWe have a playground area in the backyard, and a large part of the sand court allows you to enjoy outdoor activities like small football, badminton, or volleyball There is also table tennis for endless competitive matches. For our little guests there are enough sand toys for fun.
SAUNAFor our guests, we offer a dedicated zen area. The sauna is on the first floor. This is a Finnish type of sauna. During sauna bathing, there is an all-glass front for enjoying a panoramic view of the sea and island of Cres. Sauna towels are included.
