Looe being the fictional town of Shipton Abbott, for the Beyond Paradise fans. During filming the crew and cast of the show are sited at the back of Granite Henge. The costal path is also very near by. This enchanting property offers an ideal escape for those yearning for a serene getaway. Boasting two bedrooms, it provides a perfect haven for families, couples, and friends in search of tranquility. The bungalow is semi-detached, adjacent to the adjoining property Banks Voles Nest. This arrangement allows for larger groups to enjoy ample space, making it perfect for multiple friends or two families seeking a retreat together.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open-plan design that seamlessly integrates the dining, lounge, and kitchen spaces. The twin and double bedrooms offer cosy accommodation, while the bathroom features a convenient shower cubicle. Several outdoor seating areas around the pool invite alfresco dining and relaxation. One of the property’s highlights is the heated swimming pool, open for enjoyment from May to September. Please be aware that the pool is not supervised, and safety regulations mandate adult supervision for individuals under sixteen. Regrettably, children under four and a half years of age are not permitted in the pool, due to insurance restrictions. This family-friendly complex is equally suitable for the elderly, with both the bungalow and complex designed on a single level, ensuring easy accessibility. A private parking bay is also available for your convenience.
Deer’s Holt is a haven for unique insects, butterflies, birds, and mammals. The location provides convenient access to beaches and the coastal path, which is just over a mile away and offers breathtaking views for delightful outings.
