Spread across two levels, this duplex apartment combines comfort and practicality. The downstairs living space features a 75-inch TV with Sky Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, offering entertainment for cozy nights in. A large custom-built sofa invites you to relax, while the full-size pool table adds a playful touch to group stays. Central heating and portable fans ensure you’re comfortable in every season.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and share meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. A Nespresso coffee maker and wine fridge bring thoughtful touches for mornings and evenings alike. Gather at the 10-seater dining table for shared meals or casual conversation, or use the breakfast bar with four stools for relaxed moments.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment accommodates up to 12 guests with three king-size bedrooms, each designed with blackout curtains or blinds and plenty of storage, including wardrobes and walk-in closets. Bed linens and towels provided for all guests.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms provide convenience for groups. Two are en-suites, while the family bathroom includes a walk-in rainfall shower. The master bedroom’s bathroom features a bathtub for long, quiet soaks. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided.
Extras & thoughtful touches
Guests will find tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, toiletries, and cleaning essentials ready for use on arrival. A smart lock allows self check-in, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in the common area make it easy to stay connected, while noise decibel monitors and exterior security cameras help ensure safety and peace of mind. Pets and assistance animals are allowed (fee applied), and cleaning during the stay is available.

Paid parking is available in a lot next door. While the apartment itself has stairs between levels, the building has no elevator.

You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
There is a public car park located on Cable Street - charges may apply. For more details on parking, please refer to your Guest Pass. Your Guest Pass link can be found in your booking confirmation email. Manchester Piccadilly Station is a 5-10 minute taxi away, or a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The closest metrolink station is Piccadilly Gardens.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in this building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, however, you will need to descend the stairs inside the property to access the living area, games room, and downstairs bedroom. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
