Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with lazylawn and furniture with umbrella, plus a communal lawn with two seat hammock, football nets and barbecue area. Ample off-road parking. Four, well-behaved pets welcome, please enquire about bringing 5 pets. Within 1.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
