Lovely property in a great location. Very clean and comfortable with everything provided. Beautiful secluded gardens. Provided a wonderful New Year's stay for our family.

Hidden paradise in Funchal

Lovely house hidden between other houses in the middle of Funchal with a very nice and well-kept garden. Completely calm in the evening, and in the morning woken up by the birds. I would not hesitate a moment to return.

Superb property

Architecturally stunning house. Beautifully decorated and maintained throughout. Located in central Funchal surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and tourist facilities. Large supermarket 2 minute walk. Pool is only small. We paid the extra fee to heat it. We visited in December and the owners didn’t hesitate to turn the temperature to maximum. We enjoyed a daily dip but not large enough to swim in. We highly recommend this property.

A hidden paradise in the middle of Funchal

The location is great, on walking distance from the harbour and main restaurant/shopping streets in Funchal. The house and its garden are absolutely wonderful, very calm, providing both sun and shade. The garden is very well-kept and we all enjoyed the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is no parking place on the property but this was not a problem at all. It was always easy to find a parking spot at the public parking nearby. The person who met us at the house to give us the key was very friendly and easy to reach by phone.
