Apartment Les Nantillons is a spacious apartment which boasts three bedrooms, including two doubles and a cozy bunk room, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Nestled on the 4th floor of a traditional Chamonix residence, Apartment Les Nantillons exudes character and history and offers an authentic alpine experience.

What truly sets this apartment apart is its prime location. Just a short stroll from the vibrant heart of Chamonix, you’re never far from the town’s bustling shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Yet, Apartment Les Nantillons enjoys a peaceful setting, far removed from the noise of the high street.

**Property Details**

The apartment features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with large windows that open onto a balcony boasting breathtaking views of the Chamonix Valley. Relax in the comfortable seating around a log-burning fireplace, or gather around the dining table for hearty meals.

The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include a roomy double bedroom with ample storage, a smaller yet cozy double room with storage options, and a charming bunk room with double bunks. The property sleeps up to 6 adults, but there is space for an additional two children in the top bunks. The apartment offers both a bathroom with WC and a separate shower room with WC.

For added convenience, there’s a closed box-style garage for your vehicle and ski equipment, along with boot racks at the residence’s base for storing ski boots. For those traveling with larger vehicles, please note that the garage is 2m tall and 2.3m wide.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for parties and does not accept late noise due to its location in a mostly residential development.

Situated within a leisurely ten-minute walk from the bustling town center, it offers respite from the urban clamor in a tranquil, residential neighborhood.

For winter enthusiasts, the apartment is conveniently located around the corner from the Planards beginner ski slopes and the year-round luge, providing fun entertainment for visitors of all ages. It is also a short walk to the bus stop which gives you easy access to all the resorts in the valley. When summer rolls around, the Planards area transforms into a charming children’s amusement park, adding a dash of adventure to your family vacation.

Additionally, within a mere 5-minute walk, you’ll find the Montenvers train station, your gateway to the famous Mer de Glace glacier. This allows you to easily explore the breathtaking mountainside scenery.

**What’s Included**

Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.

Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.

For those traveling with larger vehicles, please note that the garage is 2m tall and 2.3m wide, and parking outside of the garage is not permitted.

**Payment terms and Cancellation**

To confirm the booking, you must pay 30% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night and a non-refundable booking fee of 5%. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.

If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, excluding the 5% booking fee. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
