The apartment, very bright and quiet, is equipped with a security door and at its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with chairs, a TV, Wi-fi connection via ultra-fast optical fiber, also perfect for smart working and a comfortable sofa bed that line a modern and spacious living room.

The kitchen is complete with everything, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and obviously pots, pans, plates and cutlery.

There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, sink, toilet, hairdryer. For free you will find a courtesy set consisting of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and body soap.

For the winter season, the house is equipped with an independent heating system, while for the summer season it is very cool, thanks to its exposure and strategic position. In case of excessively hot days inside the apartment you will find a floor fan.
