This attractive country house dating back to the 13th century is located in a privileged location, situated less than 4Km from the beach. With a private pool tennis court BBQ playground at 40 min. from Barcelona.
The house is surrounded by woods and enjoys a pleasant climate all year round.
The space
This masia is well decorated, very spacious and the visitor can fully dispose of 2.000 private square meters of land and forest with a tennis court, a swimming pool, a fronton court and a children play ground. The house is decorated with comfortable antique “Catalan-style” furniture. On the ground floor there is a combined living and dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with indoor BBQ and a toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. A staircase connects to the second floor where you find four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The housekeeper lives near to the property in another house and is in charge of the house maintenance the security and is ready to offer any form of assistance you may need.
The beaches nearby are beautiful and not crowded. You can enjoy the wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine in the wonderful restaurants and beach bars.
You can also board a train nearby and embark on a trip to Barcelona.
If you are looking for relax you will enjoy the tranquility and walking routes in the forest however also a range of more active offers is available in the area such as golf, sailing, footing, trekking or a visit to the fantastic city of Barcelona.
