This spacious Scandi-style first-floor holiday apartment with private access is just two miles from the beach and has everything you need for a holiday, weekend break, or corporate stay on the beautiful Suffolk Coast.
Leiston is a great location less than four miles from the popular coastal town of Aldeburgh; unique seaside village of Thorpeness; and Sizewell’s long sandy beach stretching past RSPB Minsmere all the way to Southwold. The town itself has lots of independent shops and eateries; a supermarket; a wonderful traditional cinema; and Leisure Centre with a children’s pool as well as the 25m pool.
The apartment is tucked quietly behind the shops on the high street and has one residential flat beneath it. There's private access to the apartment up a well lit and sturdy external staircase which takes you across a balcony to the front door opening to the kitchen/breakfast room with a landing giving access to the bathroom, living room and both bedrooms.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Beautifully crisp and clean with units wrapping around two sides housing an electric oven and hob, a slimline dishwasher, a large free-standing fridge with freezer compartment, a washing machine, a kettle, toaster, a milk frother, and a microwave. There’s a table with three chairs (a 4th in a bedroom if needed) so you can enjoy meals at home.
LIVING ROOM
This large light and airy room is simply furnished with a sofa chairs and dressers with a TV with Freeview channels and a desk with chair for guests needing to do some work or being creative.
BEDROOM ONE
An attractive king size bed with padded headboard takes pride of place between bedside cabinets, there’s storage in a built-in wardrobe as well as a flip top table which can be used as a dressing table or desk with a little wooden chair.
BEDROOM TWO
A generous room where the light streams in through skylights over the zip and link bed which can be configured into a king or twin (made as a twin unless requested as king in advance). There’s ample space to unpack and settle in with a wardrobe and a chair.
OUTSIDE
You can park in the Valley Road Public Car Park (charges apply, check online for details) or there’s free parking on Valley Road.
At the top of the staircase is a secluded wooden deck with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy dining al-fresco in the summer months.
