Seaview Luxury with Rooftop Pool

Welcome to our beautiful sea-side apartment in Spain, where you can enjoy a fantastic summer vacation! Our apartment offers stunning views of the beach from the 30m2 terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner with friends or family.

Our apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. You can cool off in the 2 swimming pools, one located on the ground floor and the other on the rooftop in the 20th floor with breathtaking views.





1. They cannot be more than 5 people in the property in any point of time. The violation of this rule may result as the removal of all guests without refund.

2. The person will respect and follow all the community guidelines. As no loud music or disturbance after 10pm.

3. This is a self-check-in property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provide it by Airbnb through either the house manual or the check-in guide (You can find it in "My trips" once you reserve). You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading the house manual and the check in guide.

4. Fees: 180€ per day fee for smoking inside of the house // 50€ late check-out fee, if your check-out unauthorized. //100€ Cost to replace keys or parking remote control. // The guest will leave the house in the same conditions as when they check in. Any extra cleaning will cost up to 100€ //If any of these rules are broke and the host has to cancel or delay further reservation, the guest will be responsible to compensate the host with the amount lost // In the event that the police are notified or the falling of comply with the community rules, the fee will be €300.

5. The guest is responsible for the cleaning. The cleaning fee covers, activities as laundry, bathroom cleaning and floor cleaning.

6. You agree that you're booking in good will and you will not try to damage the host business because you are unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host if you experience anything dissatisfying regards, you're stay or if you lose a resolution.
