Casa Isola Bassa is a family house of about 90m2 distributed on three floors, located in the historic center of Dolo, in the province of Venice. It is the central part of an ancient villa built in the 16th century and is located on a river island (Isola Bassa) in the heart of the Riviera del Brenta: an ancient river communication route between Padua and the Venetian lagoon, characterized by the presence of numerous historic residences such as Villa Pisani (pictured). The area offers numerous possibilities for organizing excursions, nature trips or visits to places of great historical and artistic importance. Its position is particularly strategic to reach by car, bus or train all the most interesting centers: Padua, Stra, Treviso, Venice and Chioggia. Leisure moments can also alternate with moments of work, given the tranquility of the house's location.
Casa Isola Bassa is an ideal place for couples, families or groups of friends as it offers 2 double beds and a double sofa bed divided into two separate rooms. The bathrooms, both independent, are located on two separate floors and offer a walk-in shower and a bathtub with a handheld shower. The house is equipped with a small private garden, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi connection (fiber), pay-per-view television (Sky Package, Netflix, Dazn).
