My family of four and our elderly parents had a wonderful stay overall. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt like hotel-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed and the property was exactly as described inside. We always had hot water when taking a shower , the appliances all worked beautifully, and the water pressure and Wi-Fi excellent,
The only downside was the location and accessibility. We were under the impression that the home was located directly above the shops along the Corso, but it is actually farther up a narrow alleyway with many stairs. Carrying large suitcases to the property was quite challenging, and it was especially difficult for my elderly parents to walk up and down to the main road each day. Finding parking during the busy summer months was challenging as well, but there is paid parking close by. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this property for guests with mobility issues, elderly travelers, or anyone bringing heavy luggage.
If stairs aren’t a concern, it’s a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there. Nerissa and Emilio were fantastic hosts and we would definitely stay here again now that we learned the ins and outs of this beautiful little town of Pizzo.
