There is a modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, with dining table and 4 chairs for indoor dining.

Both bedrooms are accessed from the living area and have the same panoramic views as the living area with direct access to the pool terrace by means of sliding glass doors.

Outdoors

The villa has a lovely outdoor space which feels very private, and floor to ceiling sliding doors lead out from the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms onto the pool terrace. With tranquil panoramic views the infinity pool measures 12 x 3.5m (1.60m deep) with roman steps access, and there is children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Surrounding the pool are 4 sun loungers, a large ‘in-pool’ lounging mattress, and there is a shady dining area with built-in bbq for alfresco dining. There is also a large swing to enjoy whilst taking in the wonderful views. Table tennis is also located on the pool terrace for guest’s entertainment.
This is a modern villa and suitable for anyone wanting privacy or to get away from it all. For larger families or groups there is a separate 1-bedroom villa adjacent to the villa (Villa Akdeniz 1), that can be rented for an additional charge, please ask for details.

There is plenty of private off-road parking. In our opinion a car is essential for this location.

Due to the location of this villa, it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
