About this space Exquisite two-bedroom city centre apartment in the heart of Belfast's historic Cathedral Quarter. Furnished to the highest standard you will love the spacious interior and private balconies offering great views over Custom House Square.
On your doorstep, you will find the best eateries, bars, cafes and theatres this beautiful city has to offer and although we offer free parking, the central location means all tourist attractions such as the Titanic Museum are easily walkable :)
Location Our apartment is located in what is without doubt the most amazing part of an amazing city. It is in the city centre and specifically the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Michelin-starred Muddler's Club!) For all major attractions in Belfast such as the Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition, the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city. Although you are close to the action, our 3rd-floor location and triple-glazing windows mean you should not be troubled by any noise. Free parking is provided!
The Space This is one of the best two-bedroom apartments available in Belfast. Our corner apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features 2 balconies that look right onto Custom House Square (perfect view when the concerts are on!). Relax in the living room with a VERY comfy sofa and smart TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft and cosy double bed. Sumptuous furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 sliding door balconies add to the very spacious feel of the apartment.
Check-in For your convenience, entry is via lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3 pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), there is free secured parking and there is a free-to-use washing machine in case you are in the midst of a longer trip.
Other things to note Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbours who are going about their day-to-day lives.
Additional rules Check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check-in.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £300 will be charged when discovered.
No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music is allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and fees apply for shipping and handling.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed

Property was wonderful! Spacious, all the amenities you could ask for. The booking process was easy and the staff were awesome sending helpful information and provided the best welcome guide I have ever seen and I travel quite a bit! Highly recommend!

Great Spot in a great City
We had a fantastic 5 days in this great apartment in a prime location in Belfast. Minutes walk from any thing you wanted to do in the city. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Large floor to ceiling glass windows made for great natural lighting and the curtains closed easily so you didn't feel like you were in a fish bowl at night. There can be loud activities in the plaza next to the building so you may want to check if that noise during the day is a concern for you. Convenient parking under the building. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place in the Belfast.
