Have a chance to have an amazing opportunity to stay in one of the nicest homes in the SWIEQI area ! Upon entering, this lovely apartment is filled with large spaces, smart Tv's and a super comfy Sofa, privately for your own use.

Access to a private balcony from the front ensures a lot of light and air giving you that extra ooze of luxury and comfort inside.

Ensured to be fully equipped, perfect for both long and short rentals with strong WIFI and AC for additional bonus throughout.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| The living area is designed to be a haven of relaxation, featuring plush and comfortable seating options for everyone to gather and enjoy quality time together. Sink into the cozy sofa, where you can unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful island of Malta. The tasteful decor, including stylish rugs and decorative accents, adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the space.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar or hosting a dinner party in the dining area, this kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, all including a double bed. For over and above 6 guests, we will open the sofa bed.

Bathrooms | 2 Bathrooms, one having a bath while the other includes a shower. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite and is connected to one of the main bedrooms.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Swieqi is a charming town located on Malta's east coast, known for its quiet residential streets and convenient location. Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Swieqi, just a short walk from a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

For those looking to explore the local area, the apartment is within easy reach of some of Malta's best beaches. St. George's Bay, which is just a 10-minute walk away, is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Other nearby beaches include Balluta Bay and Sliema Beach, which are both just a short drive from the apartment.

For those looking for a bit of excitement, the bustling town of St. Julian's is just a short walk from the apartment. St. Julian's is known for its famous nightlife and entertainment scene, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and casinos to choose from. Whether you're looking for a quiet night out or a night of dancing and partying, St. Julian's has something for everyone.

Getting around in Swieqi and the surrounding area is easy and convenient, with a variety of transportation options available.

One of the most popular ways to get around is by bus. Malta's public transportation system is extensive and reliable, with buses running regularly throughout the day and night. The nearest bus stop to our apartment is just a short walk away, and from there you can easily reach many of the island's top attractions, including Valletta, Sliema, and the Blue Lagoon.

For those looking for more flexibility, renting a car or scooter is a great option. There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian's and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

· Shower gels
· Liquid Soap
· Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
· Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
· Garbage bags
· Linens for the bed
· 2 Towels per person

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
