Just a short distance away is Benllech Beach, where you can enjoy long walks, sunbathing, and even some water sports on warmer days. Benllech has a plethora of eateries, local shops, popular butchers and fish mongers. Other local attractions within 30 minutes include Red Wharf Bay, a picturesque tidal bay with stunning views across the water. Visit Beaumaris Castle, a masterpiece of medieval architecture, surrounded by a moat and stunning views over the Menai Strait. Anglesey Sea Zoo is a fascinating marine attraction that showcases the diverse marine life found around Anglesey’s shores, including sharks, seahorses, and native species.
