Great stay, highly recommended.

Terrific apartment, good value for money, very comfortable, the overall set up at Ryedale House is terrific, couldn’t recommend it highly enough - and we should know, we stayed for two months! Stays York are absolutely terrific, couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive.

A very pleasant stay

Our stay was extremely pleasant and just as advertised our only complaints was we wasn’t able to use the cooker hob, not enough instructions was available also we couldn’t control the heat of the shower in the main bedroom but thankfully we had a bath so we were able to bathe, we will still be back to York and use your apartment again.

Fabulous!

Fabulous apartment. Lovely and clean and great location. Nice view of the river and a great four poster bed in master bedroom. Fun bar area for cocktails and very spacious living room. Great communication with the host. Prompt replies and felt they went the extra mile. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay

I booked Apt 207 as a student from the University of York as a location for a group short film, everyone at stays was very helpful with permissions and answering any questions I had along the way. The apartment itself was amazing! Super clean when we arrived, and was the height of comfort for our entire production.

Sisters break

This is the second year we’ve been to this apartment and I can honestly say both times have been brilliant. It’s a beautiful well displayed apartment with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Having a Christmas tree really puts us in the spirit of Christmas. It’s very close to the castle museum which is well worth a visit but only 5 minutes in the other direction to the street market and main shopping area. It’s very peaceful and relax.

Excellent stay

Flat was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and well kitted out. Had plenty of space for our party of 3. Location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all main attractions and close to restaurants for the evening. Stays York were great, provided all the info we needed in advance, checked in before we arrived and let us know as soon as the accommodation was ready. Would stay again and will recommend to others.

A fabulous place right in the heart of York

We love this apartment super clean and spacious. Very luxurious bedding and high end appliances. Right in the center of York with parking. It was super warm and felt really spacious we will definitely return. 5 stars from me.

Very comfortable central York apartment with covered private parking space

Comfortable, clean, modern 2nd floor apartment with spacious hallway with lots of storage and floor to ceiling windows throughout. Much better value than a York hotel; it has one secure covered parking space under the building included in the rental price and 2 beds, 2 ensuite and another cloakroom in the hallway plus comfy TV, dining and cooking areas. Excellent location for walking all around York, inside and along the city walls. Would highly recommend.
