Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €1500 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)
• Tourist tax (18+): €5.06/person/stay.
• This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates


Check-out Instructions

• The overall end-of-stay cleaning is included, but you are responsible for the following:
• Cleaning the kitchen.
• Washing and putting away the dishes.
• Emptying all trash bins.
• Stripping the beds and placing duvets and pillows back in order.
• Placing sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen cloths in the provided laundry bags found in the apartment.
• Emptying the dishwasher and refrigerator.
• Ensuring all dishes are washed and put away.​

• ​​Failure to complete these tasks before departure may result in additional fees. A welcome kit with necessary products will be provided in the kitchen but will not be replenished if the products run out.

Important Info

• This chalet-style apartment is located on the second floor
• Please note that ski-in access is available on the way back from the pistes (no ski-out to the pistes)
• Pets are not accepted on the premises.

During the period from June 1st to August 31st, additional charges apply for bed linen, towels, and beds made on arrival. Please note that they must be ordered no later than 1 week before arrival.
