Having stayed in several villas in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca this particular one was by far the saddest. On arriving we had to go and buy washing up liquid and a cloth so we could wash the dishes which were filthy. The kitchen had no condiments what so ever not even salt and pepper. We also wiped down all the surfaces throughout the house as they were dirty, the throws on the couch were smelly and dirty which again we bought washing liquid and washed them.The bedding had holes in it, the loungers were so old there was no support to them and you were lying on the bed frame. Not a villa I’d recommend or visit again.

The villa is good. A little lacking in the kitchen. The furniture is tired as is most of the villa. The villa is clean but is in need of updating and up keeping. I would happy stay again as the location is great and very quiet.

This villa has the potential to be something special, the villa is a good size with plenty of space, inside could do with an update, sofas in lounge could do with replacing, bedding is poor quality as are the towels.Outside loungers have seen better days and some where broken where you lie on them, garden furniture is platic chairs ,no cushions so not the best to sit on in the sun, table tennis set up that is a waste of garden space, the paint is peeling off the top of it and ends up in the pool, No i structions for tv And only 1 key for back gate means you have to take keys with you when you go out.No welcome pack or information pack left in villa.

Fabulous villa in great location

Villa was lovely .. perfect location, within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. It was peaceful with not much traffic using the nearby road . Pool and outside area were spacious and well used . Vilja was comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay . Would definitely stay here again .

Holiday - two adults

I have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Capricho - myself and my sister - for a much needed holiday and this villa was exactly what we needed. We have returned home relaxed, rejuvenated and looking forward to another return trip already! The villa was very clean and welcoming, the pool is fantastic, both the inside and outside are spacious and very private and sitting at the table for the many outdoor meals was just perfect. You can hear the sea and watch the sun set while enjoying that end of day sundowner, you are close to everything you need to be able to stay put or venture further using the amazing local transport - so car definately not needed - and the local shops, bars and restaurants cater for everything. We had absolutely no complaints at all and are already planning a return stay in this villa. The only thing that possibly let it down was there are no clear directions when you actually arrive...? sorry to be negative, but we travelled in a taxi to the villa and the actual address is not the entrance to the villa, and if we had not had a rough idea where we were going we would never have found it - it took us 3/4 hour of wandering with our suitcases at the end of a long day travelling and only found by chance as a local helped us... :/ but apart from this, i have absolutely no complaints at all and anyone who stays here will certainly have as much of a relaxing time as we did i am sure - thank you to Agni travel :)

My family and I recently stayed at this charming rental property for our holiday getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and tasteful decor that immediately made us feel at home. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fully-equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. One of the highlights was the outdoor space – a beautifully landscaped garden with a private pool where we spent countless hours soaking up the sun and enjoying alfresco dining.

Nice house let down by poor contents & furnishings

Firstly, I’d ignore the 5* reviews of the property. They’re all incredibly similar and lack any detail. We stayed in the property in April 24. The directions were really poor - if you navigate to the location in the provided link, you end up on the main road on the other side of a wall from the property with no means of access. The house layout is good. It’s a good size and works well. The household goods have been done on the cheap. E.g. the crockery & cutlery was all different, like they’d been cobbled together from a house clearance. There wasn’t enough dishes - it’s supposed to sleep 6 and you got 6 bowls. You got the absolute minimum of basics, eg 1 toilet roll per bathroom, no kitchen roll, no dishwasher tablets, etc - all the stuff that you have to buy simply to leave behind. Not even a bottle of water! The beach towels were the really cheap “nylony” type that absorb no moisture, also bare minimum no. of bath towels. The main bedroom had a single duvet inside a double duvet cover. We took the single duvets from the twin room - luckily there was only 4 of us staying The dishwasher door and the underwater pool light were both broken - we reported that. There were no pool toys (we bought some and left them) The table tennis bats and balls were unusable. The house could be spectacular, but they really need to invest some money and give it some TLC. Management team were very responsive. We requested another hairdryer and it arrived promptly

Management not great

Property was generally good, we really appreciated the heated pool. The directions to the property are inaccurate and it took some time and some false starts to find it. It was not ready for us until 17.00; and given we had been up at 2am to travel this was not a good start. The property is a bit tired but lovely location.

The villa was beautiful and very clean. Also, a wonderful pool! It was clean and a great size, with plenty of space around to get the sun. There were many excellent beaches nearby and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Thank you, we will surely be back here again.
