Good allround Villa

Very close to shops restaurants beach, very quiet location lovely heated swimming pool and a great outside area to relax eat drink sleep swim, the balcony has wonderful views of the sea and mountains,very clean throughout

Holiday was great.

Holiday was great. So relaxing at the villa. Very quiet area and great location for shops/bars/beach. A bit expensive but thats what u get for Aug school holidays. I would definitely return again, maybe at a cheaper time of year.

My wife and I had a great holiday again in PDC. The villa was in a good location, albeit a decent incline back up from the strip - but not on a par with Cardiac Hill incline).As much as the Villa had everything we needed, we felt the marketing photos could do with being updated to reflect actual. So, in terms of constructive feedback: -The view from the upstairs bedroom balcony is just amazing but there was no patio furniture to sit on and enjoy the view, just a big, empty balcony.There was no pool cover (it was lying damaged in the front garden) so the pool became quite dirty with sand over the course of our stay.The Pool Table has seen better days, as has the Pool Cues.The marketing photos showed a parasol in the patio area but there wasn't one, only the base.Other than that the Villa was fine for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as we always do in PDC. Just felt a little dissapointed that the marketing photos didn't entirely reflect reality.

The villa was beautiful and immaculately clean. We were delighted to find restaurant with asian and another with indian food just round the corner - an excellent restaurants with great food and service. The villa has a pool with a sea view which was absolutely perfect to enjoy our family time.We love Lanzarote and we will be coming back next year.

The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. We sat there in the evenings and watched the stars. Will book again. Was lovely to have a seating area with balcony upstairs and getting a sea view. Having coffee in the morning on the terrace with a sea view is my definition of happiness.

The Villa itself was a superb excellent space both inside and outside very well maintained. Would highly recommend We take our kids to the Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park, where we swam with dolphins. What a holiday! Thank you very much. We will come back again.

Great week in the middle of Puerto Del Carmen

We loved our stay at the villa, it had everything we needed including a dishwasher, aircon and tv with disney+ / netflix. The pool was cleaned midweek and we also had fresh towels left out for us half way through our stay which was really appreciated. The view from the balcony was our favourite, particularly in the morning enjoying a coffee. The location is ideal just up the road from the main promenade and lots of parking outside for our hire car. Just a couple of areas they could improve on for us, the dirty balcony, there was a lot of bird mess that had clearly not been cleaned for some time, the lack of cleaning products, literally not even a cloth to clean the kitchen with so we had to buy our own, and the wifi also wasnt great but didnt bother us to much. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great location

Overall the property was good. The outside is obviously the main attraction and it is lovely. The location is not too far from the main strip, it is about a 10 min walk which is perfect. The downside to the property is it could do with some updating. The bed in the main bedroom is extremly uncomfortable, some mornings i woke up and couldnt move, my partner had the same issue. Both bidets were broken and the toilet in the second bedroom was also broken. My eldery mother flushed the toilet once and after that water was constantly running as the flusher wasnt working. The inside could do with some updating but overall it is a good stay.

Host was amazing and we were a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay at the villa the children loved the pool. Villa is close to the strip.
