This spacious guest house boasts 12 bedrooms, accommodating up to 25 guests. Of the 12 rooms, 11 are ensuite, while one room has a dedicated bathroom located next door, exclusively for its use.
The accommodation includes 4 triple rooms, 2 king rooms, 3 double rooms, and 3 single rooms. Eight of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor, accessed via one flight of stairs, while the remaining 4 bedrooms and living spaces are conveniently located on the ground floor.
Each room features hot drink facilities, a TV, and a desk for your convenience. All bathrooms include a WC, sink, and walk-in shower, except for one room, which offers a bath with an overhead shower. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
The guest house also features a spacious kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area, perfect for gatherings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and appliances.
Outside, there is a large parking area that can accommodate up to 8 cars, providing free, safe, and private parking for guests.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.

Perfect spot for us!
We had a family group of 16 and had a great stay! The common area was wonderful for gathering but having individual rooms was so nice. Location was excellent! A short walk to all kinds of restaurants. Plenty of parking for both 9 passenger vans. The listing of beds per room was not accurate but we made it work. Great stay!!
