Esta hermosa villa se encuentra a solo 5 minutos de los parques de Disney, a 15 minutos de Universal Studios Orlando, Seaworld, la zona Celebration / Kissimee, restaurantes, centros comerciales y mucho más. Usted y su familia disfrutarán de la comodidad de un hogar combinado con la magia del mundo de Disney. El apartamento fue remodelado, de estilo moderno, la cocina está totalmente equipada y también se proporcionan líneas. Tiene capacidad para un máximo de 6 personas utilizando el sofá cama en la sala de estar. Lavadora / secadora se encuentran fuera del apartamento, al lado del área de la piscina, esas son máquinas de monedas.
Tiene un lugar de estacionamiento gratuito, pero debe obtener un permiso de estacionamiento en el lobby. El horario de atención es de 8 a.m. a 8 p.m.

Safe location, easy to access, close to many things

It was simple to find and check in. Great for events at the Gaylord Palms. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and just what we needed

This is just what my BFF and I needed to spend our vacation in Orlando! I wish it was a bit closer to Orlando proper, but that's just because our itinerary grew to not just be Disney. It was a great location for anything Disney-related! It was very easy to use the keyless entry and easy to get to. Overall, I would recommend again!

Pleasant stay

Convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable clean beds, nice pool but hot tub is nonfunctional, some cooking supplies ( pans and dishes) provided. You can hear the cars on the highway behind condo but they become white noise after a while .

Just as advertised

I was in town for a conference at the Gaylord Palms so I only used the property as a place to sleep so I didn’t take advantage of any of the amenities other than the bed and the shower, but I was happy with that. The property manager helped me check in early and was very sweet and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

We loved the apartment it was exactly what we needed for the 4 days we were in Florida. The only thing was the elevator was terrifying it opened its doors prior to stopping and made very loud noises. But I am a little feared by elevators.

The space was great for our purpose. There is no one at the front desk ;however, our host was very helpful. The silverware drawer is to the left of the dishwasher & you have to open the cabinet below it to pull the drawer open. The light from the parking lot is extremely bright in the bedroom. We eventually used a spare sheet to hang over the blinds. The living room furniture needs a good steam cleaning or furniture covers.

A good time but with issues

Pros: clean, and easy check in. Had a little bit of stuff for kitchen usage. Close to the theme parks and close to a lot of food options. Cons: The room didn’t have curtains so it WAS VERY BRIGHT when/if you opened up your eyes towards the window. Not a whole lot of TV channel options to watch on TV. Pregnant fiancé couldn’t take a bath because the nozzle tap was stuck up position. Room didn’t get cold.

Wouldn’t stay here again

First off, communication with the host was fantastic, she let us check in early which my husband and I really appreciated. The unit itself was super run down as was the whole building/lobby entrance/hallways/elevator/gross smells. I couldn’t believe how rough the whole building was. It was bad and freaked my husband and I out, we werent sure what type of area we were in. The unit itself was super old which is fine but a few updates could go a long way. The couch and chair looked so stained and gross my husband and I didn’t want to sit on them. The walls had drip marks/stains running down them. Beds were comfy, shower was old and had lots of discolouration. The door seemed secure but the handle was super jiggly I triple checked every time we left to make sure it was locked.i wouldnt stay here again.

The location is great, however the foundation isn't sound. There were bikes in the actual structure, the elevator sways side to side. Reminds me of Sufside condos in Miami, that collapsed and killed numerous people. Not all kept at all. The villa was OK itself, yet there was no heat and windows unsealed. All the outside noise in particular from the expressway and cold air as of the window was wide ópen kept us awake. The audacity to charge additional fees for extra towels, well, I'd never! The hostess was very communicative via internet only. Should they update the units and property as a while I'd probably revisit, but certainly not till then. There are a couple of other sites in the same complex I'd visit instead. Very walkable community. The old adage, "Don't judge a book by its cover." This holds true today, seeing that the cover/outside coveted a whole lot of deceivement! Lastly, the elevator wreaked of a cat's spray! Horrible horrible!

Upon arrival the unit had an old damp mildewy smell. I door dashed some cleaning and sanitizing products and spent the first night cleaning. The sofa and chair are both stained. I’ve read reviews and i see that the condition of the sofa and chair has been an issue. Not only was it dirty and stained but when i folded the futon down there was a large amount of debri and crumbs. I let the owner kniw and she said she would speak with her cleaners. The sofa and chair are both disgusting. The clubhouse is another concern. It didnt feel like a clubhouse. Broken down counters old smelling dingy no game room as advertised and no waterpark onsite as advertised. Location was great and the pool was great We made the best out if it I even purchased a basketball and left it for future guests because i know boys will be looking for some boy fun since there is no game room as advertised. The light shining through the bedroom was horrible at night. New window treatments are definitely needed. Window seals and baseboards and wall trims were disgusting and dirty. Looked like mud. Needs a good cleaning and painting or completely replaced. On the good side the bed was comfy and the host responded promptly and she was very nice. We cleaned took good care of the unit and we was sure to take a video upon arrival and at checkout. We took good care of the unit and the cleaners will appreciate the head start we gave them with cleaning. If issues are addressed this can be perfec

Great experience, close to Disney

My family and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Room looks exactly as pictured, so cute and cozy.. Less than 10 minutes from Disney, SeaWorld, and a variety of restaurants. Only complaint we had was there was too much light coming in tje windows at night from the parking lights. Wish we had the option of curtains to close. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Reasonable for the price and location

The owner was great to work with. The locations is excellent- very convenient to Disney with lots of food options nearby. The property was older, so the building itself did not feel luxurious. The couch had some stains, and the tub/shower was not in great condition. For the reasonable price, I am pleased overall.

Close to Disney Parks

Very close to Disney Parks!! Lots of places to grab food on the way back to the room after a day in the parks. This in an older building but the unit was nice and updated. The only complaint we had is that it is stated that the couch in living room has a pull out sofa to accommodate sleeping 5. (The only reason I did not give 5 stars) We will stay here again in the future if it is available the next time we head to Disney.
