About this space
Luxurious cabin built in 2017 with top facilities and a stunning view of Norway´s biggest lake, Mjøsa. Our dream cabin is located in the area Mjøsli, which is a calm cabin area for year-round use, located only an hour from Oslo, and 30 min from Oslo Airport.

The space
Cabin:
The view from the cabin is spectacular overlooking the beautiful lake Mjøsa.

The cabin was built in 2017 and is fully equipped for a memorable, comfortable, and relaxing getaway from urban life.

-The cabin is 95 square meters large with an additional 20 square meters of the attic. It has Wi-Fi-connected heating in the whole cabin (heated floors in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and entry; heaters in all bedrooms, and a heat pump and a cozy fireplace in the living room).

- We offer free WiFi access, and parking for up to four (4) cars right in front of the cabin, marked with the sign "Privat Parkering".

- Food delivery is possible via ODA. Booking in advance is advised.

- The cabin is suited for couples, solo travelers, business people, and families with children. Parties are strictly prohibited at the property.

- IMPORTANT: Bedding & towels can be rented for €15 per person for guests from abroad. One basket of wood costs €12.

Places to visit:
Stange Vestbygd is also called ‘Nordens Toscana’ because of the beautiful landscape. The location is near lake Mjøsa and is surrounded by overwhelming nature. Skafferiet restaurant at Helgøya is beautiful in summer and November during the Christmas market. For further information, please read my guidebook.

Our guest requirements:
We require all guests to submit a government-issued ID before requesting a booking. For convenience reasons, we recommend all guests download the VRBO App.

Our cancelation policy is Strict.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We recommend everyone have travel insurance in case they need to cancel their trip.

Guest access
Whole cabin, with exception of 1 small room, marked private and locked, where we keep private accessories. This room is not included in the above description of the cabin and does not affect the number of available beds.
