Very pleasant short stay

Very pleasant stay. Lottie made us feel very welcome, and the extensive breakfast starter pack including fresh fruit was a great additional bonus.

Lottie was extremely welcoming and flexible, we wanted to take sandwiches rather than have breakfast as we were leaving early for work and she knocked us up some delicious sandwiches. The location is incredibly quiet - its so close to the water and very lovely.

It was great to return again to this property. Lottie always makes sure everything is as it needs to be, especially removing the feather items from the room due to my allergy. Lovely addition was the sink in the accommodation enabling me to wash items of crockery myself. The excellent breakfast items left covered me for the three nights I was there. Thank you Lottie for being an excellent host.

Had a fantastic stay, the guesthouse is very clean and comfortable for a weekend break. The breakfast bits were a lovely touch and Lottie was great at communicating with us ahead of our arrival. Location was fab with pubs and cafes only a short walk away and beaches a short drive

The guest suite was exactly as described. Lottie even changed bedding to ensure no feathers in room due to allergy. The breakfast items were great and saved rushing out to find something to eat first thing in the morning. An ideal place to explore the area.

We had a lovely stay. The weather was against us for some of the time but everything was , clean, well appointed and comfortable. I f I had any adverse comment to make it was that the bed was a little smaller than we're used to , though this was the only minus. Our host was charming and friendly. Perfect! Many thanksDi
