A comfortable apartment located on the second floor (of five total) of a renovated historic building equipped with an elevator.

With 40 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates two people in a double bedroom.



Located in Rome’s historic center: a prime location near the Colosseum and the metro, with easy walking access to all the capital’s main attractions.



The interior is laid out as follows:



- LIVING AREA: fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner induction stove, refrigerator and freezer, moka pot, conventional oven and microwave, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils; two-seater sofa, table, and smart TV. Split AC unit.

- SLEEPING AREA: double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), closet.

- BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: iron and ironing board.



Building heating system.



- From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport, you can reach Rome Termini Station via the Leonardo Express service. From the station, take bus line 714 to the Nervi / Palazzo Sport stop, a 4-minute walk away.



-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the Cinecittà metro station via bus line 520. Continue by metro to the Manzoni stop, which is an 8-minute walk from the apartment.



-From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment via bus line 714, getting off at the Merulana / Labicana stop, which is a 4-minute walk away.



If you’re traveling by car, you can park on the street (for a fee) or at the Parkolosseum parking garage (a 4-minute walk away).



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
