São Bento Metro/Train Stations are 2 minute walk and Clérigos Tower and Lello Bookstore are 5 minute walk.
In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces.

It is placed in a centenary building totally renovated in 2018, keeping the old facade.
The apartment offers stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details.
Bedding and Towels are of high quality and the bath amenities are from the lovely portuguese company- Lousani.

An entire apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with 64m2, for 1- 2 people with relaxing and very calm terrace, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room, kitchenette and 1 bathroom.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, oven and stove, toaster, kettle, ...).
