The Space:

This grand mansion is much bigger than the photos suggest. With 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and room for up to 20 guests, there is loads of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.



The bedrooms are generously sized, each with comfortable beds that guests love. Large communal areas make this property perfect for bringing people together: a huge dining room with seating for the whole group, a spacious lounge, a bar area, and a cinema room with streaming TV including Netflix and Prime.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for a crowd. Superfast WiFi is available throughout the property.



Free parking is available on site for 6 to 8 cars, so your whole group can drive without worrying about finding a space.

Manchester city centre is easy to reach by tram or train in around 20 minutes, making this an ideal base for exploring the city, attending events at Co-Op Live or the Etihad, or simply enjoying a night out. Guests often use the property as their base of operations for trips into Manchester while enjoying the quieter, more spacious setting here.



The M60 motorway is easily accessible for trips further afield, and Uber operates throughout the area.



Getting Around:

Ashton-under-Lyne train station is around 8 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, with direct services to Manchester Piccadilly and beyond.



The Metrolink tram stop at Ashton-under-Lyne provides frequent services to Manchester city centre, MediaCityUK, and the Etihad Campus.



Multiple bus routes run along Manchester Road for quick local connections.



Free parking is available on site for 6 to 8 cars.



If driving, the M60 is easily accessible for trips further afield.
