There are numerous trails and driving routes to explore in the region, including the well-known Roundstone Bog Road and along the Wild Atlantic Way. Sea fishing and boat tours are available locally, Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away. Golf is available at the nearby Connemara Golf Links course at Ballyconneely. 3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6. The accommodation is over three levels and consists of three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a spacious decked area to the rear of the property.
The ground floor is home to a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including shower, sink and WC. A separate bathroom is also located on the ground floor, also with a shower, WC and sink. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which offers a large open plan space from front to rear, and includes the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The living room is furnished with modern comfortable sofas and an armchair, and a large multi-channel TV, and offers fantastic views of Roundstone harbour. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment and includes electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and a washing machine. A dryer is available in an external area beside the large, decked space, which is accessed from the kitchen. The dining area includes a large table and seating for 6 persons.
A second staircase leads from the living areas to the top floor, which contains two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with harbour view. Bedroom 3 offers a king size bed, with views to the rear of the property. All bedrooms are well furnished with ample storage for guest's belongings. The top-floor bathroom includes WC, sink, and jacuzzi bath. The property is oil heated throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and heating included in rental price. Available for short breaks all year round. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Sorry, no pets. A cot, highchair and a stairgate are available. Wi-fi is available. Free on-street parking. A public car park is also available within 150m.
