This contemporary and spacious property sits at Silverlake, a luxury gated and private members development located just outside of the county town of Dorchester. Equinox is well positioned looking out over the small lake, with its own private lakeside jetty. Sit back and relax with a book and a glass of wine taking in the wildlife and glorious surroundings, or take advantage of the on site facilities which include a heated infinity pool, private Spa, roof bar and cafe, water sports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.
Whether you're looking to soak up the summer sun, or cosy up by the wood burning stove during the winter months, this property is perfect. The airy open-plan living space is inclusive of a kitchen area with a breakfast bar, a generous dining area, sitting area with comfortable furnishings and sliding patio doors leading out to the garden. A barbecue is provided along with plenty of outdoor seating, an ideal space for spending time together as a group or family during the warmer months.
Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and both with their own access to the balcony, offering far stretching views of Silverlake and beyond. For those with children, there is a third bedroom offering a bunk bed with a double below and single above, meaning there is an option to accommodate a seventh guest. The family bathroom upstairs for the second two bedrooms, completes the accomodation.
Silverlake has acres of woodland and forest paths, with great opportunities for walking and cycling, and the stunning Jurassic Coast is just a short drive or cycle away. Trips to iconic Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are recommended, and there are options for all the family with Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Sculpture by the Lakes nearby.
