From the structure the sea can be reached on foot via a comfortable concrete staircase with handrail, and the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which still makes it more exclusive.

Arranged on two levels and part of a three-family villa Casetta Procida, ideal for four people, is large and comfortable also thanks to the independent entrance and the private furnished courtyard.

On the ground floor there is the living area with lounge, dining room, a kitchenette complete with all accessories and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.
