Very clean apt - good communication

The apt was quiet and a peaceful neighborhood. There was a person who came in to clean the place every two weeks which was a nice bonus. Gabriel was very accommodating. I do have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a binder or something to explain how to work the heater and air conditioner. Also instructions on how to run the television as we struggled with the tv control being slow to warm up to open channels and had push button several times to get the controls to work. We replaced batteries but didn’t make a difference. Perhaps there was a certain trick that we didn’t know to get it to work. Also we didn’t see how to find the satellite tv as it appeared there was only google smart tv. Binder could also contain how to use washer and dryer and what instructions on what to do to close up when you are finished staying. It would also be nice to have some brochures as to fun things to do in the area. Suggestions for restaurants and the like. Since we weren’t from the area we had to do a lot of research to find places to go. We have stayed many times with Vrbo and usually these brochures and binders are lifesavers for the guests. Overall the stay was very nice.

Internship Stay

My daughter stayed for a 6 week internship. Gabriel was a great host. He worked with me on changing dates after initial booking. Apartment was just as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Cozy with awesome shower

This was the perfect place for spending a week in Charleston. It was close to Plantations, beach’s, downtown and plenty of shopping and restaurants. The apartment was cute and comfortable and had everything I could have possibly needed. I had the pleasure of meeting the hosts and they were amazingly sweet and even provided me with a beach bag. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Kudos to the owner for thinking of everything one may need! Very tasteful furnishings and decor. Super comfortable bed! Bathroom felt like a spa, however, ventilation could be better. Shower water pressure was excellent. Would definitely stay there for future trips to the Charleston area.

Clean comfortable private abode

This place was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was amazingly spacious with a huge walk in shower. The little kitchen nook was fully outfitted with a 2 burner stove and a frig thoughtfully stocked with bottled water. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The only disadvantage was the drive from the beaches and from the downtown area---but well worth it considering the price and the overall welcoming atmosphere.
