About this space
Welcome to my modern 3-bedroom detached house in a quiet residential area, offering you the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Set in a central location, you are ideally placed to visit all of the attractions that Shropshire has to offer as well as a 10-minute drive to the Telford International Centre and many Business Parks if you are visiting for work. With three bedrooms, there's ample space for families, work colleagues, or groups of friends to relax and entertain
The space
Ground Floor
As you step through the door to the entrance hall you will notice the light and airy feel, to your right is a perfectly formed and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster making it the perfect spot to whip up a quick snack or prepare a heartwarming dinner. On your left is a garage with plenty of space to hang your coats and a tumble dryer for those rainy days
Carry on through to the spacious lounge/dining area with its super comfortable sofa and chairs, great to sink into to watch the smart TV with Netflix, and Virgin Media which includes Sky Sports and Sky movies all ready to go
The dining area has a large table and chairs and a patio door that opens out onto the well-maintained, enclosed garden with outdoor dining as well, a great space for socializing or entertaining
First Floor
Up the stairs to the landing, on your right is the master bedroom with plenty of storage units and a comfortable double bed with hotel quality duvet and a TV. Off the bedroom is an ensuite with a large shower with water jets, and plenty more storage. The second bedroom also has a double bed with a wardrobe and drawers and the 3rd bedroom has a comfortable single bed with a workspace and office chair overlooking the rear garden. There is also a full family bathroom with a shower over the bath and storage
Fresh white bed linen and towels are provided (One Bath Sheet and One Hand Towel per person) all hotel quality and hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as a complimentary tea/coffee pack and Dishwashing/detergent packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc.. which will last a couple of days. If you want to do some shopping there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets within a 2-10 minute drive

Guests have access to my entire home
There is parking space for 2 cars, please feel free to park on the graveled area as well

DURING YOUR STAY

24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
Please do not use the Piano as it is a family heirloom
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30
charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will disrupt my cleaner’s schedule
A cot is available to hire but must be requested on booking and there will be a £20 charge
Additional rules
● Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am
● Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
● Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. No noise after 10 p.m
● Indoor shoes/slippers only please
● Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture
● When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows
● When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 12 degrees

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
