Built in the 1960s, Westpoint was originally a large public house. Over the years it has several changes and now offers seven uniquely different apartments and rooms. From the compact Studio to stunning double rooms with sea views, including Apartment 2 with its exceptional sea vistas from ensuite bedrooms and lounge. On the ground floor, there are three dog-friendly apartments. We cherish each of them, and our returning guests often have their favourites.
We are directly opposite West Beach and literally on the South West Coast Path. The harbour is a minutes walk away.
Moving to the Jurassic Coast with our young family over ten years ago was the best decision we ever made. We love the landscape, the sea, the seagulls, sunsets on the beach, wildlife spotting, boat trips, markets, the relaxed bohemian atmosphere, and fresh sea air. The Dorset lifestyle feels Mediterranean in many ways—slower-paced and enjoyable. Managing Westpoint is a pleasure, and many guests return year after year, becoming friends. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our passion for this beautiful area.
