The bedrooms include a family room with two king beds, three doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a patio with furniture, hot tub and barbecue, a heated games room, gym/sauna, double tennis courts, a croquet lawn and ample off-road parking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 2.5 miles there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Escape to Red House and holiday on the Devon and Dorset border. Please note: No loud music or sounds outside after 10:30pm as the property sits in a residential area. The first patio area, can be dog secured, includes a large BBQ and dining area. The second patio area includes an outdoor living room, sauna, shower and hot tub. The former double grass tennis court can be used for croquet and badminton and this leads to a large open field. Private parking spot up to 5 cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.
