To give you an idea of our sofa bed, it's a 3-seater that converts to a UK small-sized double bed, measuring 4 feet by 6 feet 3 inches (120 cm x 190 cm or 48" x 75"). When converted into a bed, the length from armrest to rest is 206 cm, and the width when flat is 110 cm.

Pet owners are welcome to bring their furry companions, although please note there is an additional pet fee that is not included in the initial booking cost.

No Parties or Undeclared Gatherings: Parties and undeclared social gatherings are strictly not permitted on the premises. Hosting parties will result in a £500.00 fee.

Declared Guest Count: Please be honest about the number of guests staying. Any undeclared guest will incur a surcharge of £100.00 per night. This is for liability purposes and to ensure proper coordination of cleaning and inventory.

Security Measures: Lock all windows and doors when you are not at home to maintain security and safety.

Key Return: Please return the key(s) to the designated lockbox upon check-out. Missing keys may result in additional charges of up to £500 for replacement.

We warmly welcome your furry friends to our property, pet fees are chargeable and will be arranged separately from the booking, please note it’s structured on a per-pet basis.

ID Verification: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Enso Connect. Completion of this process is mandatory, and failure to do so may result in reservation cancellation.

Compliance with Rules: Any abuse or violation of the listed house rules and additional rules above may result in additional charges and the termination of your reservation. In such cases, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund.

Great unit that needs a few items to make the stay a little more comfortable.
One thing to note is the property is on the landing path for Heathrow so be prepared to name those aircraft.
