Property Details:
This 95-sqm apartment is located on the ground and 1st floors without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Vertuo coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
All bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double beds and quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. Additional WC is located on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
The apartment features a private entrance for added comfort, convenience, and privacy.
Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed.
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:
The Vauxhall neighbourhood of London is situated in heart of the city, on the South Bank of the River Thames, close to all of the main attractions. It is a rapidly re-developing area, increasingly populated by professionals employed in emerging businesses in this area and by families looking for quiet and green spaces. That makes it the perfect area for business travelers looking for a quiet place to stay or for those headed to the City. You can stroll along the riverbanks and admire the views from London’s famous bridges, including the impressive Millennium footbridge or the famous Tower Bridge. Saint Paul’s Cathedral is a must-see for history lovers. Fleet Street is full of traditional English pubs and home to some of the oldest alehouses in London. Literature lovers should not miss a visit to the nearby Globe Theatre made famous by William Shakespeare. Head over to Covent Garden to explore its covered markets and grab a bite to eat. The neighbourhood is full of theatres for those looking to see a West End musical, comedy show or other performances. Cross over the Thames to reach the London Eye and take a ride to view London from above. The area is also home to some of London’s best restaurants and there’s sure to be something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. With its close proximity to the Underground stations Vauxhall, Oval, Kennington or Nine Elms, access to other areas of the city is a piece of cake. You can easily reach sights such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, have a picnic in Hyde Park or go shopping at Harrods Department Store. The Tube stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Lovely place great location
We loved this home - fresh crisp sheets and towels, comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure. Appreciated the open kitchen, dining family room - all of the pots and pans and dishes felt like home. Full sized fridge. Very comfortable place. Great location - easy access to train or bus allowing us to get to the sights of central London within about 10 minutes. London Eye is a nice walk along the Thames about 40 minutes. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths allowed plenty of room for us all. Highly recommend.

Extremely poor quality
Extreme Caution, Mold around windows, smell of must. Cracked walls and whole in wall and ceiling. Linens on the floor in the closet. Furniture looks dirty and extremely used. We left after 1 hour. Property manager was extremely difficult. Gailing access was with much effort and helpf rom VRBO manager along with not available at site and after. Still dealing with property. DO NOT, book this house

Family vacation with plumbing problems
The property was nice and close to site seeing locations. We noticed water leaking onto the downstairs floor from the upstairs bathroom on our second day. We were told not to use the upstairs toilet and they would send an engineer. They caulked the main bathtub and the upstairs toilet still never flushed properly. The leaking water improved but did not totally stop. The last two days of our vacation we had no warm or hot water whatsoever. We wrote to management and they asked us to send pictures of the broiler that was behind a locked cabinet and they never sent us the code to the lock until after we had to check out! We called for help and never got a response. We could not shower at all the last two days of our vacation. We asked for a partial refund for bot having hot water and the management company refused. I am still open to them making this right with us.

Leuke locatie, slecht onderhoud. Bad niet functioneel want gebarsten, schimmel op de vensterbank van slaapkamer, veel bladderende verf / scheve deuren / lage DIY-kwaliteit. Verhuurbureau reageert netjes maar lost het niet op. Niet in verhouding tot hoge borg. Wel fijne bedden en leuke, rustige locatie! Algehele prijs - kwaliteit in orde.
