All villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. The villa has a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area, and a flat–screen TV. A perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game, or simply watch a movie. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with a built-in extractor fan, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 2: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 3: An outbuilding accessible from outside, including bathroom with toilet and bunk bed

The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room provides access to the spacious yard. Our villas are non–smoking and equipped with WiFi. You can park one car at the villa without any problems. The beds will have been made when you arrive.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit der ganzen Familie und wurden herzlich empfangen bei unserer Ankunft mit Glühwein und traditionellen holländischen Gebäck. Sehr gefallen hat uns die gepflegte Anlage und die Ruhe. Man hat nachts nicht viele Geräusche gehört. Sie sind sehr tierlieb, für Hundebesitzer perfekt. Da Feuerwerke verboten sind, ist es auch ideal mit Hund an Silvester. Leider haben sich unsere Nachbarn zwar a das Verbot nicht gehalten, aber da kann ja MarinaPark nichts dafür. Besonders schön ist es morgens einem Café mit Blick auf den Kanal zu genießen und im Wohnzimmer zusammenzusitzen. Es war generell sehr gemütlich und die Heizungen sind schnell sehr warm geworden, was super ist für die kalten Tage. Generell war der Service perfekt, sehr freundlich, schnell uns hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein paar minimale Probleme, und es wurde sofort reagiert, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Die Küche war für uns sehr gut ausgestattet und hat für 6 Leute gereicht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und idyllisch und eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge. Wir freuen uns schon im Sommer wiederzukommen und den einzigartigen Flair im Sommer zu genießen.

Aufenthalt war sehr gut Es fehlen im Bad Ablageflächen und Haken für die Handtücher. Im Anbau 3 Schlafzimmer ebenso und dort Gab es keine Toiletten Bürste und kein Halter für Toilettenpapier. Sonst war alles super.
