Wow! Linda and Bill were fantastic hosts before, during and after. Being just a little outside the hubbub of Healdsburg was perfect in a vineyard-esque setting. The accommodations for 2 were just perfect. A wonderful studio with all you would want for a few or more days in the area. We ate in town and when we felt like a break we ate in. It all worked. We received guidance in off the beaten path vineyards, food and walks. Only eight minutes from downtown Healdsburg, this place is the perfect mix. After our stay we learned that we were amongst the last folks to see their dog, Duma, who suffered a seizure and died. Sad and our condolences to Linda and Bill.

This comfortable studio apartment is a great choice for a short visit to the Healdsburg area. It's quiet, cozy, and conveniently located above the garage on the owner's property who are very nice, accommodating hosts. We would stay here again.

Bill and Linda have a spectacular property and the studio is spacious, well appointed and attractive. They provide lots of nice amenities. We were 100% comfortable and loved being both in what felt like the countryside but also only a few minutes from charming Healdsburg. There’s a lovely fountain that provides the sound of running water. Highly recommend this special place!

Checks all the boxes: clean, comfortable, close to town center, quiet peaceful beautiful setting in a lovely garden tended by delightful hosts who offer great tips plus walking sticks for hikes on site. Wish I'd had more time to enjoy their huge book collection and hikes on the private property. Great variety of birds appeared daily, easily viewed from spotless huge arched window. Well-lit room with windows that open easily to let in the breeze. Loved it all, and grateful to attentive and helpful hosts who turned on the lights for my late arrivals each night. :-)

Absolutely beautiful place and the MOST gracious hosts

This is a real gem just outside Healdsburg. The studio is beautifully appointed and Bill and Linda were fabulous hosts. I recommend it very highly.

Wonderful studio with birds chirping outside

The studio is located off the main roads with birds chirping outside of the windows. Everything was as described and nice personal touches by the hosts (e.g. beautiful photos decorating the walls) with tea and coffee at hand. Our hosts made sure to make us feel very welcome. Many thanks to both of them. Healdsburg is a short drive away and offers cafes, restaurants and wine tastings.

Great location!

The accommodations were great. Property owners were great to work with and made the check in process easy. Very close to town, and easy drive to many popular spots in the area. Very much enjoyed the stay!

Wonderful property and equally wonderful hosts!

What a perfect weekend! Staying here was just the right amount of being off the beaten track and close to all the things we wanted to do in the area. Our hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful! The unit was comfortable, clean and well appointed. I’d go back without hesitation.

Amazing hosts and amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. The space and location were great. Linda and Bill were incredibly gracious hosts - they went above and beyond. One small example - we had a dead car battery and they jumped it for us and gave us the jumper cables in case we had issues during the rest of our weekend. I would 10/10 recommend. Only regret is we didn’t get to stay for longer!

Close to Healdsburg, but feels like far away

Comfortable studio above garage, separate from main residence. Everything was clean and accommodative, except Wi-Fi never worked due to valley location- maybe a deal breaker for some. Gracious hosts Linda and Bill.

Perfect Couple Bungalow

The pictures simply don't do justice to the breathtaking views of the property. From our front door (a beautiful guest room adjacent to the main house) you can watch the sunrise over a neighboring vineyard. The accommodations are cozy, charming, and perfect for a couple looking to explore Sonoma/Dry Creek/Russian River yet still be within 5 minutes of Healdsburg (numerous restaurants and tasting rooms). Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular. Will easily stay again, this was a treasure.

Very cozy

This is such a charming little place, very quiet, cozy and clean. The hosts Linda & Bill are welcoming and helpful. It's a convenient location for wine tasting and has a really nice view. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great weekend stay. Property was as advertised. Linda and Bob were great hosts. Friendly and accommodating. Peaceful location in Healdsburg only a mile or so away from the center. Plenty of wineries to choose from.

The Perfect Location.

Hidden away in a little valley a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg this beautiful loft was the perfect location for exploring the wine country of Sonoma. It was peaceful and clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and considerate. This was the perfect place for us.

Fabulous wine country hideaway

We had a wonderful stay in the studio, the entire property is gorgeous and studio is attractively decorated and very comfortable. The studio feels remote but it's a short drive to downtown Healdsburg with it's wonderful restaurants and shopping, not to mention some of our favorite wineries nearby on Westside Road. We had a lot of fun chatting with Linda and Bill, they are warm and inviting hosts. We'll definitely be back.

Just Lovely

Lovely property and home in gorgeous Healdsburg. Linda and her husband couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. The guest suite or “in-law” was perfect. Very comfy. Nicely furnished. Plenty of space. Nice views of the property as well.

Healdsburg Loft

The hosts were gracious, friendly and not overbearing. The property is beautiful.secluded and quiet. The loft had everything, was comfortable, clean and well decorated. The internet did not work, but Starbucks is not far away. We would definitely stay there again. Charley and Karen Osborne

Perfect Stay

We stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful property, 5 minute drive to lots of restaurants, wineries and downtown Healdsburg. Linda and Bill are friendly hosts who make you feel like a houseguest.

Exceeded expectations

Our family has been many vacation rentals over the years but this one tops them all. It was just my daughter and I for a little mother daughter getaway and we just had the best time. The property is gorgeous and well appointed. So comfortable! Great proximity to the Town of Healdsburg. Will definately be back.
