Long birthday weekend

We brought my son down to Nashville for his 21st birthday. There was a total of 10 of us! The house easily accommodated all of us! Everything was as described in the listing. A few things need fixed and the cleaners could have mopped the floors. Property manager was prompt with messages and very easy to work with! Overall, we had a great time, the house was comfortable, and I would stay here again!

Great place to stay with friends

The home was quiet and comfortable. Need to change layout a little. You can't get to a bathroom without going through a bedroom which makes bunk room useless. Otherwise it was very nice.

Great Weekend Get Away

This is the perfect property for large groups. We had 14 people for a birthday celebration and there was room to spare. The house is in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. There is also a comedy club that was within walking distance. The property manager was so helpful and accommodating. Every time I had a question she answered right back. I was very happy with this rental and would highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing. The space was perfect for 6 couples and we still had room for another two couples at least. It gave everyone their privavcy but a great common space for coming together. The location was great, everything was no more than a 15 minute drive. The area had everything you can imagine from restaurants, to shopping and easy access to the highway. There was ample parking and the host was completely wonderful. His communication before the trip and when we got there was top notch. I accidentally locked us out of one of the suites and he was there in less than 30 minutes, even making a second trip to ensure things were good.The house was well stocked with essentials and kitchen needs. Our only feedback was the deck furniture wasn't cleaned out for us to use, but we made it happen so no spilled milk there. The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and holds its historic southern charm so there are a few updates to be made but again it was nothing that negatively impacted our stay. The weekend was a surprise trip for my husbands birthday. He had no idea his friends were coming, where we were going and this house took the cake for him. I would definitely book this house again and have already recommended it to people.Dr. B. Strickland

Great location and space

The location is ideal if you want to be near downtown (10 minute drive or uber) and the space is great for large groups. We had 10 adults and 4 kids and it was plenty spacious (we also rented the attached apartment). Parts of this place are great, like the kitchen, dining room and the mini-suite bedrooms. Others not so much, like the sofa in the living room and the smaller bedrooms. The outside is a little unkempt. Overall though the place worked well for us. And the people at Andrady were great to work with.

Weekend in Nash

We came to Nashville for a bachelor and had a group of 14 people. We all slept comfortably at the Nola house. It was the perfect spot for a bigger group as we weren't crammed in and the common areas had plenty of space for all of us. Each of the bedrooms had a bathroom which was really nice. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of a couple restaurants, gas station, and grocery store. Ubers downtown were usually $7-10. Safe neighborhood and also close to the airport! 15min or so. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond! Would definitely recommend this place to larger groups!

Woodland in Waverly

Lots of pro’s and a few notes for others. First off, we all thought this was the perfect place for our group given the size of the rental. It easily accommodated our group with everyone having their own room. We had 13 people mixed of couples and singles. We fit comfortably. The location is pretty close to downtown but not walkable. Easy 5 min Uber to the gulch or other areas. We walked to Hattie B’s for dinner one night. Publix grocery store close by too. The property manager was extremely kind in letting us keep our luggage there until our flight in the afternoon. The one disappointment we had was there seemed to be a shortage of some supplies. We ended up buying more paper towels and also some disposable cooking tins. If this place added more coffee cups, made trash bags, paper towels, etc more easily accessible, and added some more cooking supplies like baking sheets, I think it would have met and exceeded expectations. We would still definitely stay here again.

Cozy and private

I hosted a retreat for work here and the common areas were great for collaborating together. We also loved the private rooms and bathrooms for the time we needed to get ready and have alone time. The house was clean, had the right amount of decorations and lived in-ness to feel like it was cozy. The host left snacks and water in each room which was such a treat! Thank you.

Clean, good location, historical/modern

The experience was great from beginning to end. The owners were quick at responding to reservation information and very helpful. Our party of 10 slept very comfortably with more space to spare. Convenient location to get to and from music row and downtown. The uniqueness of the historical house that has been modernized was awesome. Lots of details and thought were put into the house for our stay. From the toiletries in the bathroom (face wipes, bobby pins, hair spray,etc) to the snacks and water left in each room, we felt like much thought was put into our stay being memorable.

Made our trip!

The Nola was an absolute success! My family had come to Nashville to visit me and It held my large family just right! We were skeptical booking with so few reviews, but found the Andrady’s easy to work with and the house was better than expected. I had also looked at their instagram and felt at peace knowing what a good following they had. The house is HUGE and has so much space. There are tons of places to sleep with extra privacy and really nice gathering areas. It was only a few minutes from downtown and walking distance to a comedy club and an awesome coffee shop. We honestly enjoyed hanging out at the house as much as we did going out downtown.

The back deck is perfect for those special group gatherings.
