Get away from it all at our New England style lakeside lodge with large fully enclosed south facing deck. Our relaxing lodge has everything that you might need come rain or shine.

Enjoy alfresco dining on the south facing deck on sunny days, or relax in front of the log burner to take the chill out of a winter walk.

Extensively re-designed open plan ground floor:
Fully Fitted Kitchen/Diner/Lounge
Toilet and Cloakroom
Comfortable lounge area has wood burning stove / Smart TV with streaming apps / Wifi
Optional retractable stairgate at the bottom of the stairs for children or furry visitors.

Master Bedroom with En-suite.
Full views of the lake from kingsize bed (5ft)
Fitted wardrobes.
En-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 - Double Bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds (Can be configured as either single or twin)

Family bathroom with bath and shower.

All bed linen/towels provided.

Fully equipped kitchen including wine chiller, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

Located on the incredible Cotswold Water Park you are in beautiful surroundings, perfect for long walks or cycling. For any water sport enthusiasts there is wakeboarding and waterskiing on the lake and kayaking and paddle boarding within touching distance (please see local suppliers).

Spring Lake is a collection of private lakeside lodges surrounded by woodland and nature, there is a playground for the children and a lakeside brasserie on site for easy dining. There is a fitness gym above the brasserie (fees extra) and golf nearby.

There is a bus stop immediately outside on Station Road with direct links to Cirencester, Cheltenham and Swindon. A new listing for 2024, Lodge 66 was previously listed on VRBO with amazing feedback. We are excited to now be able to continue the high quality rental that previous guests enjoyed

Great place on the lake with daily kingfisher sightings. Very comfortable for 2 or a small group. Master bedroom a good size, with storage and bed comfy. Great shower pressure in en-suite and bathroom. Second double room is tiny and it’s almost impossible to walk around the side on the bed, but would be OK for youngsters. Small single bedroom is ok but note there’s no storage in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We didn’t find the manual straight away so didn’t know not to use the waste disposal or how to turn on wine fridge but the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. I think our only slight negatives were that it wasn’t super clean (but good enough for a longer stay) and there’s quite a strong dog odour downstairs which was off-putting for us non-pet owners. All that said, would stay again.

The accommodation was lovely and clean on arrival … plus nice and warm We used all three rooms and they were perfect The only thing we couldn’t get to work was the wine/can cooler .. but this didn’t impact our stay and wasn’t a need to complain or reportOn the whole we had a very enjoyable few days in an area that is familiar to us and we would book Shed 66 again

Cotswold retreat

We had a week at Lodge 66 during the heatwave in July. It was wonderful to be able to relax on the deck. The canopy provided excellent shade and the fans provided were put to good use. The house is in beautiful condition, with plenty of space for us and our little dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous lodge

We've just had a perfect break at 66 Spring Lake, everything needed is available, couldnt fault it. Fans in the bedroom which helped with the heat at night was so appreciated. Beautiful view ovelooking the lake Leonie was so easy to contact with quick responses making things easy. 5 mins to Lake 86 for paddleboarding & Cotswlds Wildlife Park only 30 mins away...Perfect, we'll be back. eemely fast responses.

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay here! Its location on the lake is perfect and there's plenty to do in the area. Leonie responded quickly to any questions we had and was an excellent host.
